Actress Jodie Foster has been accused of battery. A police report that dates on May 29th, Foster was accused of battery when a 17 year old who tried to photograph her. It was in the parking lot of The Grove where Jodie Foster confronted the 17 year old who had been following her and her children. Foster confronted the man after being followed from a movie theater to the valet. Foster got in the photographer's face and poked him in the chest.
A rep for Foster told People magazine that the 17 year old was not the victim, but Foster was. According to Foster's rep. this was not an amateur just getting snap shots, he was armed with professional equipment. Foster states the police report filed against her is false.
