TMZ have obtained legal documents of Joe Jackson filing a wrongful death suit on Dr. Conrad Murray. In the documents Joe is stating that Dr. Murray went out drinking at a strip club hours before allegedly administering Michael Jackson with a fatal dose of Propofol.
This lawsuit was served to Dr. Murray in March of this year and due to California law, Joe Jackson has a 90 day waiting period from the date the document was delivered before he can file an actual wrongful death lawsuit. The waiting period just happens to end on the death anniversary date of Michael Jackson, June 25.
