Rapper Bow Wow is being sued for failure to perform by MACsimus Entertainment. Bow Wow was paid a performance fee of $50,000 for Missouri in May 2009. Although Bow Wow had an opportunity to make up the performance in September 2009 at the Rotary Park, but again Bow Wow was a no show. The company is not only seeking the $50,000 that they paid Bow Wow, but they are adding the promoting fees for the expense of the second show promotion.
